Versatility is a virtue. In this age of increasing specialisation it’s easy to get sucked into the trap of thinking you need a gravel bike, a winter bike, a touring bike, a cross bike etc etc. The Kite can be all those things. Dress it up any way you please – plush 45mm tyres and ‘guards for winter roads, 30s for some summer speed, ‘cross tyres and hit a race or two, it can even take some full 29" knobbies for some singletrack action or add some bags for a bikepacking epic. In whatever configuration the ride is sublime.

We continue to offer titanium Kites on a custom basis as below. Though for those who can't wait or whose needs are met with a stock frame, we're pleased to now offer standard in-stock framesets as well - see this page for details on the stock frames. 

With our custom programme, from dialling in geometry and tubing selection, to selecting component fitment standards and specifying rack and other mounts - Sam will talk you through the options and make recommendations according to your needs. 

Frame

• 3Al 2.5V titanium tubing - specification selected for your needs. 
• Headtube choice of straight 1 1/8" external, 44mm ID, or 42/52mm internal
  
• Single, double or triple chainring
• 68mm BSA, T47 or Bushnell EBB bottom bracket shell
• 142 or 148 (standard or boost) thru axle
• Optional internal dropper-post cable routing
• Bolt-on cable guides on underside of down tube or internal from downtube
• Three bottle cage mounts – seat tube, down tube, underside of down tube
• Other rack and cage mounts according to your needs
• Post mount or flat mount brake
• Tyre clearance as to your requirements - typically if wanting to use a road or gravel chainset max tyre width is 700x52/650x60 with 2x or we can push a little wider if going with a single chainring,
